HST in BC

I am not sure what I find funnier - the fact that the BC Referendum ballots have to be "received" by a certain date (as opposed to "date stamped" by the post office, in accordance with the common law "postal acceptance rule") or the fact that BC doesn't know how many ballots it mailed out.

Or, even worse, that you would have to request a ballot by mail to get one by mail.
