Stanley Cup Finals

Is it just me, but can you think of two cities harder hit by the "economic shift" currently being experienced in the United States?

Motor city, which is now mostly owned by the federal governments; or

Steel town, which was basically built to make steel for the motor city.

Interesting, to say the least.
