How many times have you heard that QP is too partisan?

Often, critics of the "hour of power" talk about how the participants have to show better restraint and rise above the debate.

Many would be reformers talk about how it could be changed, and why those changes would be for the best.

Few of them, however, talk about how the nature of QP itself contributes to the partisanship lamented to as a condition precedent.
