I don't even want to know how many of this kids own classmates didn't vote for him, or family members.

The result, however, is awesome. What a great law. If the decision is a tie, we will draw a name out of a hat.

Which would lead me to the best election system everywhere - EVERYONE in the city should run for mayor, and vote for themselves - meaning, literally, every one's name would be in the ballot box for a draw.
